  • With a vision to provide customers with luxurious bespoke design of natural diamond jewelry, Tierra aim to expand strongly.
  • Tierra experience difficulty of measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns from Branding to Conversion due to an incomplete tracking approach and insufficient system.
  • In collaboration with PeakAds, Tierra want to improve Sales through insightful reports and appropriate investment in marketing activities

Approach

  • Market, Product and Competitor Research and Analysis to develop a comprehensive strategy to approach customers, capture attention, drive their engagement, trigger them to leave leads for further consultation and convert into orders.
  • Analyze Tierra's small customer files, creating a comprehensive portrait of their lifestyle and interests and utilizing proprietary Audience Segmentation and Targeting Tool for better optimization
  • Design roadmap and collaborate with Tierra internal teams and vendor to develop and implement Data tracking system, restructure and redesign working flow to effectively measure investment and optimize for Campaigns
  • Develop Multi-Channel Advertising Strategy to attract, acquire and convert customer
  • Manage Always-on Campaigns performance and ensure New Designs Collections' launching, Store opening campaigns to be exposed to potential customers and trigger engagement with Brand.
  • Build up daily updated dashboard combining all sources of data from Online Advertising Activities to Offline Sales to monitor performance and conduct insights for prompt actions
